Our Mission and What We Do

The Outagamie County Housing Authority provides safe and sanitary housing for low and moderate income people in Outagamie County. We own and manage 290 apartments in Appleton, Kimberly, Seymour and Hortonville - 200 of which are reserved for the elderly and disabled in our community.

We also operate the weatherization and housing rehabilitation program in Outagamie and Calumet Counties and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Program.

One Bedroom Apartments
We have four adult apartment communities throughout the county with alot to offer. These one-bedroom apartment homes are located at Randall Court in Appleton which is centrally located, Crescentview in Kimberly is picturesque, Pinewood in Hortonville is in a park-like setting and Hillside in Seymour is a small-town home retreat.

The rent is designed to ensure financial security by not exceeding 30% of adjusted income (the average is $150/month). With medical expenses and utilities considered in the rent calculation we offer an unbeatable value. Each of our sites has amenities like controlled entry, on-call maintenance staff, nurse advocate services, transportation, community rooms and coin-operated laundry. Some of the apartments have been recently remodeled to improve accessibility.

Family Duplexes
Duplexes are scattered among Appleton, Kimberly, Seymour and Hortonville. Our family housing is safe, sanitary housing that ensures the community maintains affordable housing stock.

Glenpark Apartments
Located at 2919 Glenpark Drive these apartments are conveniently located near FVTC. There is ample parking, laundry facilities, a community room, patios and a playground. Glenpark is unique because it offers student housing in a family setting. The student apartments are furnished 1 bedroom apartments that are both affordable and convenient.
