NAHBRS and The Outagamie County Housing Authority, in coordination with Making the Ride Happen, provide transportation for the elderly and/or disabled residents in Outagamie County for essential travel.

How we can help

Ambulatory and Handicap Accessible Van transportation to:

  • Medical/health care facility (hospital or doctor office), dental office or eye care provider Pharmacy, grocery or department store

  • Financial institution (bank or credit union), church, post office, library or laundry service

  • Personal hygiene appointments

  • Wellness facilities (YMCA, etc.)

Hours of Service and Fees:

  • Hours of Service: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

  • All rides must originate within Outagamie County. Fees vary outside the County.

920-850-3797 at least 24-hours prior to when transportation is needed.
