Outagamie County Housing Authority provides a Service Coordinator to help the community with supportive counseling, daily living tasks and to coordinate programs and services to assist residents in becoming self-sufficient and successful.

Helping Hands

How I can help


  • Provide residents with information and a referral list for community agencies, services and programs.

  • Work with agencies and volunteers to help with personal finance or insurance issues


  • Assist residents with understanding bills, medical forms, and filling out eligibility, entitlement program and legal forms.

  • Help residents arrange for housekeeping, shopping, transportation, Meals On Wheels, cooking and laundry assistance, and legal advocacy.


  • .Arrange for socialization activities, library deliveries, and computer training, along with helping build informal support networks with other residents.


  • Available to residents to answer questions or address concerns.

  • Works cooperatively with the Nurse.

  • Advocate to ensure health related issues are taken care of.

  • Coordinate regular educational sessions.
